What is DISC?
The DISC assessment is the world's most widely used behavioral evaluation tool, measuring four primary dimensions of personality: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.
Unlike tests that focus on "good or bad" or "right or wrong," DISC helps you understand your behavioral style - how you respond to problems, influence others, prefer to work, and what environment helps you thrive.
The four dimensions represent different behavioral tendencies:
[1] Dominance (D): How you deal with problems and challenges
[2] Influence (I): How you interact with and influence others
[3] Steadiness (S): How you prefer to work and your pace
[4] Compliance (C): How you handle rules and procedures
Four Behavioral Styles
Direct, decisive, results-oriented leaders
Enthusiastic, social, persuasive communicators
Patient, loyal, supportive team players
Careful, analytical, quality-focused performers
Most people have a dominant style, but may show different traits in different situations. Understanding your DISC profile helps improve communication, team collaboration, and career development.
Answer based on your natural instincts - not what you think is "right." There are no good or bad styles. Find a quiet place and complete it in one sitting.
